The ABC along with the King Jesus’s House Church in Nazareth ordained Brother Saleem Shalash as a Baptist pastor in a joyful ceremony in the church building of the Evangelical Baptist Church in Nazareth, in the presence of a number of distinguished servants of the Lord, church members, and friends from the different churches.
The celebration was opened by Pastor Khalid Dalleh, welcoming the attendees and sharing in their coming to celebrate this special occasion. It was followed by a prayer by Pastor Ibrahim Simaan, then a section of hymns and worship songs, and a short speech by Brother Hani Billan.
After the ordination, Pastor Salim Shalash thanked everyone who contributed to the ordination and the service and pledged to be a good servant of the Lord’s and for the extension of the kingdom, devoting his life to serving the Lord with all sincerity and honesty. Then, King Jesus’s House Church in Nazareth presented a symbolic gift to its shepherd. The ordination concluded with a hymn and a closing prayer.
